EMP Global has been actively investing in Asian private equity since 1986. We have been Manager (PAMA Funds) to funds totaling $ 1.3 billion and Principal Advisor for funds totaling over $2.76 billion focused exclusively on Asia. Our funds have been active throughout Asia, and have invested in Greater China, India, Bangladesh, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Taiwan, and Thailand. 

Our investments have covered a wide range of industries including fixed and mobile telecommunications, transportation, power, natural resources, technology and a wide range of manufacturing including cement, synthetic fiber and paper.

In 2007, EMP Global established a joint venture with the Daiwa Securities Group Inc. to create EMP-Daiwa Capital Asia Limited, a permanent capital vehicle focused on Pan-Asian private equity investments.
